Privacy Policy.

Last updated September 16, 2026

Renavira Travel Group, LLC is a travel supplier based in Austin, Texas. This policy explains what we collect when you enquire, book, or travel with us, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

We are a small company. We collect what we need to run your trip and answer your questions, and nothing we cannot explain a use for.

01

What we collect

When you send an enquiry through a form on this site: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the destination you asked about, how many people are travelling, and whatever you write in the message.

When you book a retreat: your name, email address and phone number, the room and rate you chose, and the amount you paid. We never see or store your card number. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe; we receive a confirmation and the last four digits at most.

When you complete a pre-trip preferences form: dietary requirements, injuries or physical limitations relevant to the yoga and movement programme, emergency contact details, arrival and departure plans, and your rooming preference.

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics profiling, or third-party cookies on this site. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and images from our own storage, which means those providers see your IP address as part of serving the page.

02

Health information

The preferences form asks about injuries and physical limitations. We ask because a yoga facilitator who does not know about your shoulder can hurt it, and because the resort needs to know about allergies.

We treat this as the most sensitive thing we hold. It is shared only with the people who need it to keep you safe on the trip — your retreat facilitator, and the resort or caterer where a dietary need is involved. It is not used for marketing, not shared with anyone else, and you can decline to answer any of it.

03

Why we use it, and what we will not do

We use your information to answer your enquiry, run your booking, fulfil our obligations under our payment and refund terms, keep you safe on the trip, and send you the operational messages a trip requires — confirmations, documents, logistics and deadlines. Those operational messages are part of the service and are not marketing.

We send marketing messages — news about future retreats — only if you opt in, and you can opt out from any of them. Opting out of marketing does not stop the operational messages about a trip you have booked.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

04

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the business, and share the minimum each one needs: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database hosting, and Resend for sending email. Each holds your data on our behalf and under their own terms.

We share what is necessary with the suppliers running your trip — the resort, the retreat facilitator, ground transport — so that they can accommodate you. For a trip outside the United States, that means your information is transferred to and held in that country. For the Cozumel retreat, that is Mexico.

We will disclose information if the law requires it, or where we believe it is necessary to protect someone from serious harm.

05

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become bookings: two years, then deleted.

Booking records: seven years after the trip, because tax and accounting rules require it.

Health and dietary information from the preferences form: deleted within 90 days of the trip ending. We have no reason to keep it after that.

Marketing contacts: until you opt out, then we keep only enough to remember not to contact you again.

06

What you can ask us to do

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop sending you marketing. Email concierge@renavira.travel and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, and California residents under the CCPA. We extend the same rights to everyone, because running two standards for a company this size would be a good way to get one of them wrong.

If you ask us to delete your information while you have a booking, we may need to keep enough to run your trip and to meet our accounting obligations. We will tell you exactly what we kept and why.

07

Security, and what we cannot promise

Your information is held in access-controlled systems, and the tables containing guest details are not reachable from the public website. Card data never touches our systems at all.

No one can honestly guarantee a system cannot be breached. If your information is exposed in a way that puts you at risk, we will tell you promptly and directly, rather than burying it in a notice.

08

Children

Our retreats are designed for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Where a family trip involves children, we collect only what the suppliers need, from the adult making the booking.

09

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects what we do with information we already hold, we will email the people it affects rather than rely on you re-reading the page.
