Terms of Use.

We are a travel supplier. We design group trips, contract with hotels, facilitators, ground transport and activity operators, and run the trip. Some services are delivered by us; many are delivered by those suppliers under their own terms and licences.

We are not a tour operator reselling someone else's package, and we are not a booking engine. We are also not a medical, psychological or therapeutic provider. Yoga, movement, bodywork and reflective practice on our retreats are wellness activities. They are not treatment, and they are not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Where a retreat names a facilitator, that person is engaged for that retreat and is not our employee. We do not guarantee that any named facilitator will lead a given retreat. If a facilitator becomes unavailable we will tell you promptly and you may cancel under our cancellation policy. If you choose to travel anyway, we will try to arrange a replacement, but we do not guarantee one and the programme will differ.

A booking is confirmed when payment is received in full and we have sent you a written confirmation. Prices shown on the site are per person and in US dollars.

We make every effort to keep prices and details accurate. If an obvious error appears — a price that is plainly wrong, or a date that does not exist — we will tell you before taking payment, or refund you in full if it is discovered afterwards. We will not hold you to a mistake, and we ask that you do not hold us to one either.

Cancellation, refunds, transfers and the early rate are covered in the payment and refund terms.

Travel documents. A valid passport, any visa required, and any entry requirement of the destination. Most countries require at least six months' validity beyond your return date. This is yours to check and yours to carry.

Travel insurance. Required to attend our retreats unless you sign a waiver of liability. You must provide proof of a policy within 30 days of booking.

Telling us what we need to know. Injuries, conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or anything that affects your ability to take part safely. We cannot accommodate what we are not told, and a facilitator working without that information may cause harm they could have avoided.

Your own conduct. Behaving in a way that endangers, harasses or seriously disrupts other guests, our staff or our suppliers may end your participation. In that event no refund is due and you meet your own costs of getting home.

Our retreats involve physical activity — yoga, movement, swimming, water-based bodywork and excursions. Travel itself carries risk, and so does being in an unfamiliar place.

You take part voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for judging your own fitness to participate, for stopping when something hurts, and for consulting your doctor beforehand if you have any reason to. Facilitators will adapt where they can, but they cannot assess your health for you.

Where an activity is run by a third party — diving, boats, excursions — that operator's own terms, waivers and insurance apply, and you may be asked to sign them directly.

We are liable for our own negligence, and nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by it, or for fraud. Those cannot be signed away and we do not try to.

We are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers beyond our reasonable control, nor for losses that were not foreseeable. Except where the law says otherwise, our total liability in connection with a trip is limited to what you paid us for it.

This is why we require travel insurance. Insurance covers the things we cannot — your airfare, your medical costs abroad, your possessions, and cancellation for reasons personal to you.

Hurricanes, government restrictions, epidemics, strikes, resort closures and similar events can make a trip impossible to run. If that happens, the payment and refund terms set out what you are offered.

We will not be in breach of these terms for a failure caused by something genuinely outside our control, but we will always tell you promptly and honestly what has happened and what we are able to recover.

The text, photographs, design and itineraries on this site belong to Renavira Travel Group, LLC or are used with permission. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not republish or resell them.

Photographs credited to individual photographers remain theirs. We link to third-party sites occasionally; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or always reachable.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the courts of Travis County, Texas have jurisdiction.

If something goes wrong, email us first. We are one small company and a conversation has resolved every problem we have had so far. Nothing in this clause stops you bringing a claim in a small claims court.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your trip is the one published when you booked, and we will send you a copy on request. Changes that materially affect a booking already made will be emailed to the people affected.
